Coaching in Croatia is developed more than someone can imagine. OK; not so developed as can be. There are 2 basic reasons : first, people are shamed when they need coach, what is in one hand really strange to anyone outside Croatia. In whole world is normal to ask for help, advice, consulting, coaching, mentoring etc., but for some people in Croatia that is not a part of successful personal and business life. Second group, much smaller, will not confess coach assistance, because that is "top-secret" of their unbelievable success.
Personal coaching is our primary goal in Croatia, especially based on fact that in this day are about 348000 persons without any kind of job, and in the same time we have just about 7800 open competitions for different work places.
Some people just don't know how to use their knowledges, how to use them to start any small business if they have no job.
This area is our primary goal - to help people to "discover" their own possibilities to change their life with appropriate financial incomes for getting better living standard.
